A strong and tough wheel set for every day training and racing
The Koga 2πRace1700 is a strong and tough wheel set for every day training and racing. Feathery enough to race on the road. Strong enough for cyclocross. The rim depth is 27mm, which is deep enough to merit only 20 spokes in front and 24 in the rear; the combination is a good mix of light weight, aerodynamics and durability. The hubs are traditional flanged hubs and roll on sealed industrial bearings for low friction and durability.
The Koga 2πRace1700 wheel set is available in two colour options and has a rim width of 19mm. Both versions have double-butted spokes made by Sapim. The front wheel has 20 radial spokes, the rear 24; both on the drive side and to the non-drive side, they are crossed over two. The red anodised nipples are aluminum. The rims are black anodized with machined silver brake tracks. The black anodized hubs with red anodized lock nut units are equipped with sealed industrial bearings. Actual weight of the Koga 2πRace1700 wheel set is 1772g incl. quick release.
