Ultra lightweight FEM optimized carbon frame. Built with Highmodulus carbon fiber and finished with a durable 1k PicoWeaveTech carbonfiber mesh. Equipped with Koga's Powertrain Technology, Tapered head tube with integrated 1 1/8"-1 1/4" headset. Integrated cable stoppers, Press-Fit bottom bracket, Carbon dropouts and a replaceable rear derailleur hanger. Furthermore a lightweight Full Carbon 1k woven front fork.

FEM optimized
Using advanced computer calculations (Finite Element Analysis) the ideal fibre orientation for each of the carbon layers has been determined. This method allows us to achieve an optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio.

Koga's Powertrain Technology
The flowing transition from top tube to the seatstays gives the frame high rigidity and guarantees that forces applied by the rider are transferred perfectly to the rear wheel.

Tapered head tube
The lower headset bearing is of a larger diameter (1 1/4") than the top one (1 1/8”). The larger fork dimensions create a more rigid fork, with more stable steering characteristics for the same weight.

Integrated cable stoppers
The cable stops built into the head tube ensure a smooth cable run without unsightly sockets.

Press-Fit bottom bracket
The bottom bracket bearings are pressed into the frame: this saves weight and provides improved rigidity, because the downtube can be made with a larger diameter where it connects to the bottom bracket.

Carbon dropouts
The dropouts on both frame and fork are made in carbon, giving low weight and assuring the best possible connection to the rest of the frame. The aluminium derailleur hanger can be easily replaced in the event of damage.
Full Pro Aluminium
The Full Pro Aluminium simply a super frame. A completely hand-built Super Smooth TIG-welded frame. Tubes manufactured in triple-hardened and exclusive tapered triple-butted 7005 aluminium. Equipped with integrated headset (Tange Seiki industrial bearing). Seat stays with S-bend shape and split CNC monostay, engraved Koga rear-ends and a replaceable rear derailleur hanger. In addition a lightweightcarbon Koga front fork with an aluminium steerer.
